West Meeting Center was originally developed as a business meeting and training center to serve the needs of business organizations to enjoy the larger yet intimate meeting facilities available. And is now open for social gatherings as well.

The frustrations we experienced renting the typical hotel or banquet facility led us to develope this flexible space. Most small hotel meeting rooms are just that – small. With 25-30 person max occupancy it felt really cramped for our growing group of professionals and didn’t allow us the flexibility to set up the room to match our ever-changing needs.
The banquet halls and some hotels have those Awkward round tables and wouldn’t allow us to bring in our own food choices – that was a deal breaker for us. All day meetings require varied meal and snack choices that frankly, we wanted to bring ourselves. And having the freedom to choose what you want to eat and from where can make your meetings so much more productive.

With over 2,000 sq/ft of meeting space to play with, you can do it all! Move from class room or conference style meetings directly to lunch or break out sessions all in the same room. You can even have your event sponsors set up right there with you in the back of the room.
However your group needs to function, West Meeting Center can help you pull it off. Our main room has a ton of natural lighting with bright and flexible overhead lights as well. The high ceilings with massive wood beams provide warm accoustics that carry voice and music effortlessly to the back of the room – with or without our included microphone system.
Free from all outside distractions, our rock solid construction insulates and absorbs environmental noise. Whether you want to crank up the heat or chill it down to keep them awake, you have the controls in room but you’ll never hear our whisper quiet HVAC system in action.
